Strategy. Systems. Execution.
growth gets complicated, get clarity that turns into momentum.
Solvra helps founders and leadership teams at growth-stage companies diagnose complex business problems, set a clear direction, build systems that scale, and stay accountable through execution.

Where to start
Every engagement starts with a Diagnostic.
One door in, then a path that depends on what the Diagnostic finds. The one exception: Solvra Advisory can be a direct starting point for two of the triggers below - Outgrowing the Founder and No Peer in the Room - where ongoing senior counsel is the point.
The way in
Diagnostic
Best for
You know something is not working, but the real problem is unclear.
Outcome
A clear diagnosis, priority issues, and an actionable path forward. Usually about two weeks.
After the Diagnostic
Strategy Sprint
Best for
You need direction, positioning, priorities, or a decision made quickly.
Outcome
A focused, time-boxed strategy and prioritised plan.
After the Diagnostic or direct
Solvra Advisory
Best for
You need ongoing senior counsel without hiring a full-time executive team.
Outcome
Embedded strategic and operating support.
A later step
Transformation Programme
Best for
The Diagnostic or a Sprint shows the business needs strategy, systems, and implementation support over several months.
Outcome
A structured transformation with ownership, milestones, and operating cadence.
Triggers
Six conditions that create the moment.
Solvra isn't for every stage. It's for a specific convergence of pressure and ambition - when a leader feels the weight of what isn't working, and the urgency to build what comes next.
Every engagement starts with a Diagnostic. The exception is Solvra Advisory, which can be a direct starting point for triggers 01 and 06.
Outgrowing the Founder
Every meaningful decision still routes through you personally, and the business has gotten too big for that to keep working.

Start with a Diagnostic. It names the real problem and the path forward, before any larger commitment.
Executive Synthesis
Most advisors pick a lane. Solvra holds all four.
A growth problem is often actually an operations problem. An operations problem is often actually a strategy problem. Businesses don't experience issues neatly by department, so we don't solve them that way either.
How It Works
The same five stages, every engagement.
Whether it's a two-week diagnostic or a six-month programme, the work moves through these stages in order.
Stage 1 of 5
Diagnose
We listen before we speak. Deep discovery to understand what's really happening - not just what's visible on the surface. For brand-led problems, a Solvra Lens score can be an input here.
Who actually does the work: Ameya leads every engagement directly and stays through delivery, which is why Solvra takes on a limited number of engagements at a time. For the specific pieces outside his in-house scope - design, ecommerce operations, tech development, and legal/finance - Solvra brings in vetted external partners project by project (see Services), rather than staffing a large delegated team. Partners are chosen for fit to the specific piece of work, and the scope, the partner, and who contracts with whom are agreed in writing before work starts.
Five Pillars
Five pillars that earn trust.
Depth Over Speed
Solvra doesn't rush to answers. We ask better questions first - and that rigour is what makes the output trustworthy.
Integrated Thinking
Strategy, operations, technology, and execution are not separate workstreams. We hold them together so the client doesn't have to.
Honest Counsel
Solvra says what is true, not what is comfortable. Clients come back because they can trust what they hear.
Built to Transfer
Every engagement is designed to leave the client more capable - not more dependent. The goal is always self-sufficiency.
Outcome Obsessed
Not deliverables. Not hours. We measure success by what changes in the business, not what lands in the inbox.
Differentiation
The third way.

What Solvra is
An operator who connects strategy, growth, operations, and technology - because business problems rarely arrive neatly packaged inside one department, and treating them like they do is how the same issue keeps coming back.
Solvra doesn't choose between thinking and doing. It holds both, with the discipline to know when each is required.
Judgment, not a service menu
What we don't do.

The person behind the approach
Not a generalist. An operator who's worked across the functions a real problem actually touches.
Ameya moved from live events to performance marketing, from AI/business translation at DVio Digital to commercial and operating leadership - eventually running P&L visibility as a COO. Solvra exists because that path kept hitting the same problem: good people, no system holding it together once things get busy.

Notes for founder-led businesses.
Why every founder-led business needs an operating rhythm
Without a weekly cadence for reviewing numbers, leads, and delivery, work stays trapped in chats and memory. Here's what a rhythm that holds actually requires.

Most teams try an AI tool once, get a reasonable result, and stop using it within a week. Adoption requires a different approach entirely.

What people usually ask first.
What does Solvra do?
We combine strategy, operating systems, and embedded execution into a single engagement - across four divisions: Solvra Strategy, Systems, Advisory, and Lab. Most engagements draw on two or three, defined by scope, not a fixed package.
Who is Solvra for?
Founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teams at growth-stage companies who've reached a specific threshold: the strategies, structures, and systems that got them here are no longer sufficient for where they're going.
How does an engagement start?
With a Diagnostic. Its first step is a scoping review - what we call a Clarity Sprint - of the business, its numbers, its systems, and its constraints. We use that to define scope and confirm fit before any larger engagement begins. The one exception: Solvra Advisory can be a direct starting point where you already know you need ongoing senior counsel.
What does an engagement cost?
There's no fixed price list, because scope varies too much to make one honest - but here's the relative shape of it: a Diagnostic is the smallest and shortest engagement, priced for a focused assessment. A Strategy Sprint costs more than a Diagnostic, reflecting a deeper, time-boxed body of work. A Transformation Programme is the largest engagement - typically several times a Diagnostic, running 3-6 months of combined strategy, systems, and execution support. Solvra Advisory is priced as an ongoing retainer rather than a one-off fee. The Diagnostic's scoping step is how we turn that shape into a real number for your business specifically, before either side commits to anything larger.
